Can someone opine on the that the reason trains are clogged is that with PSR, the longer trains are causing longer transit times and crews are not able to complete the planned runs in time to return with sufficient rest.

There by causing the RR to institute time management policies will eventually end in a more sever labor shortage. And the Unions asking their members to strike as it will have become a major issue.
