UP 1943 has the high green at the east end of the siding at Engle Texas. This community, about five mile west of Flatonia Texas is small enough that if you blink, you could miss it ! The next town east is Schulenburg, but there is no siding, the siding is farther east at Weimar TX. Named for the city of the same name in Germany. This area was settled by Czech and German settlers and their influence is still felt to this day.
