In Dunlay TX, an empty UP rock train swings off the mainline onto the Southwest Gulf Railroad. UP services the Martin Marrietta quarry. As far as is known to the locals, Southwest Gulf Railroad owns no locomotives or cars, nor are there any other customers on the line although the railroad calls itself a common carrier.
