"Journalism Protection Act" ??? You will probably have to pay a "link tax" to everybody you list each week if this goes through. Has passed the Assembly. If it goes through, I would expect that sites like this one, and many others, will have to shut down. It's conceivable that if I include a link to something in a comment at Altamont Press it would trigger the tax there

Just for the record, it appears to be back up as of when I checked yesterday. At least, the usual spammers are active again. May have been a hacking incident?

What I've noticed is that, since late yesterday, it's impossible to post anything. All of my posts are considered spam. No warning, doesn't matter what I use for a screen name, doesn't matter that I correctly duplicate the code. And scripts etc. are not blocked (except Google Analytics, as always).
