"Journalism Protection Act" ???

You will probably have to pay a "link tax" to everybody you list each week if this goes through. Has passed the Assembly. If it goes through, I would expect that sites like this one, and many others, will have to shut down. It's conceivable that if I include a link to something in a comment at Altamont Press it would trigger the tax there.
